Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms with a balcony and a wonderful view facing the piazza were clean and spacious, although the lighting was poor. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and assistance offered round the clock. The location was ideal, close to shopping stores and main historical streets but still peaceful. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the Sicilian buffet. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, overlooking Teatro Politeama & the Piazza, which are old style but quite big with two bathrooms and very comfortable. The service was friendly and accommodating, although staff did not wear name badges. The location is excellent, right in front of the Politeama Theatre and within walking distance of most of the things to see in Palermo. The dining experience consisted of a variety of options like sliced ham, cheese, and more. The facilities are modern and well-kept, offering a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were much larger than I expected, with a super-comfortable bed and everything I needed during my stay. They were very nice and clean, and the size was just perfect with a desk, table, and chairs. The room was very bright, spacious, and cozy, boasting a king-sized bed, refrigerator, LCD television, and a spectacular bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were big, clean, and air-conditioned, but they had a musty and worn-out look and were a bit too warm. On the bright side, the retro vibe and food variety were charming. Ordering a 'real Italian coffee' from the waiter instead of the coffee dispenser was a nice touch with no extra charge.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, offering convenience and a vibrant atmosphere near cafes and the main piazza. However, the room was too warm for a comfortable sleep, and the view was disappointing. The service was excellent overall, but a rude encounter left a sour note. The dining experience was a highlight with a rich selection, including prosecco, yet the room's lack of light and price tag impacted the overall experience.
The hotel is well-maintained, with a retro charm and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms to the rear are nice, clean, and comfortable, offering a cute and retro vibe. The coffee dispenser is a convenient touch, and the overall experience is great for the price.
